Wonderful duplex! The host was always quick to respond and everything was clean and orderly. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family rented both sides of the duplex. The layout is as described, with three bedrooms, two of which share a jack-and-jill style bathroom. The kitchen has basic amenities, and the living room has a pull-out twin trundle bed. The beach is two blocks west of the property with a protected crossing light which was lovely, especially as the house is right on 101. The property is also very close to a boardwalk path called the Rockaway Big Tree Trailhead that leads to a large cedar tree. We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay.
